1. Scope

This policy covers information processing in the Little Arrows iOS app provided by Jihoon Park (developer display name: aaron park; “we”). The app does not offer its own account registration or login. This policy also covers the app’s support and privacy-policy website.

2. Information and purposes

Game information stored on your device

We store your level, puzzle state, remaining hearts, mistakes, hints, completion status and sound preference on your device to let you resume play and keep your settings. We do not send this saved game data to our own server or synchronize it between devices. Retention through device backup and restore may depend on your operating system settings.

Advertising and privacy protection

The app uses Google AdMob and applies child age treatment (CHILD), General (G) ad content rating, and Limited Ads (LTD) to everyone. Ad personalization, remarketing and publisher first-party identifiers are disabled, and the child protection setting prevents transmission of the advertising identifier (IDFA). These settings do not determine a person's actual age. The app does not request precise location permission.

Limited ads still involve data processing. Google uses IP addresses to deliver ads, and ad creatives and SDK code may be stored on the device. When Programmatic limited ads is enabled, cookies and local storage are used exclusively for invalid traffic detection. Ad impressions, interactions and other processing needed for delivery and security may occur. See Google's limited ads guidance and Google's Privacy Policy.

This version does not call UMP consent information updates, consent forms or privacy options forms. Earlier consent records are not used to enable personalization; limited-ad settings are applied before advertising requests. Privacy information is available in the app's advertising notice and Settings. The bundled policy is readable without an internet connection; external links connect to the respective provider's service.

Regional age requirements

The app does not ask ordinary users to enter or share their age. On supported iOS versions, it first checks Apple's regional requirement signals and requests an age range only when required. After the required check, every returned age group receives the same advertising protection. We do not ask for an exact date of birth or identity document, or separately store or pass the returned age bounds to JavaScript, advertising services or support emails. Earlier self-declared age preferences do not authorize ads.

On iOS versions without the regional lookup, or if the lookup fails, you can play without ads. If an age requirement has already been established, app access is restricted until the required check completes. A refusal or error is not treated as evidence of adulthood. You can retry from the required-check screen. When app access is available, you can also retry in the advertising privacy section of Settings. Apple's check uses Apple's services and account settings.

Support enquiries

The app does not automatically collect or attach device information, puzzle progress, advertising or age data, or diagnostics to support messages for anyone. You write the enquiry in an email composer or through an email link; it reaches the operator only if you send it. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact support. Do not send unnecessary personal information about children, passwords or payment card numbers.

If you contact support, we use your sender email address, the message you write and any attachments you add to respond. Enquiries are handled through Google Gmail. Ordinary enquiry records are retained for up to six months after resolution for follow-up support; section 5 explains deletion.

This website

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request times, requested pages and device or browser request information to deliver pages, operate its services and provide security. We have not added advertising, visitor analytics scripts, contact forms or account login to this site. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details of its processing.

3. Recipients and international processing

Google processes advertising information in providing its services. This version does not offer in-app purchases or query or restore purchase records. Enquiries are handled through Google Gmail. The app has no additional dedicated gameplay analytics or crash-reporting service, and disables the Google advertising SDK’s own exception-reporting feature. This does not mean that all performance information or other diagnostic processing associated with ad delivery stops.

Google’s and Cloudflare’s global services may process information outside your country of residence. Their respective practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

4. Your choices

The app does not request age or personalization consent for advertising and uses the same limited-ad settings for everyone. If regional checks or protective settings fail, new ads are withheld and a retry is available. Legally required regional age checks are handled separately. Use the contact in section 6 for privacy questions and rights requests.

After failing a puzzle, you can always restart it from the beginning with three hearts for free, without watching an ad. If you are eligible for ads and choose to continue by watching an ad, complete the reward requirement, and close the ad, you resume with three hearts while keeping the arrows already removed and your mistake and hint records. If ads are not allowed, an ad cannot load or display, or you leave the ad before earning the reward, the failed state remains. You can still choose to restart from the beginning for free. This version does not offer paid ad removal.

5. Retention and deletion

Saved game progress remains in the app's local storage. Using “Delete App” in iOS can remove the app's local data. “Offload App” may retain it, and restoring a backup may restore data. The app currently has no separate progress-reset or account-deletion feature.

Retention and deletion of information processed by Google follow its policies and applicable law. We cannot directly erase every record held by Google.

We retain ordinary enquiry records for up to six months after resolution to handle follow-up enquiries, and then delete them. If they become unnecessary earlier, we delete them without delay. Records that must be retained under applicable law are kept separately for the legally required period.

You can send deletion requests and privacy enquiries to Jihoon Park, the operator and privacy contact, at the email below.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent or complain to a supervisory authority. Contact aaronsatae.park@gmail.com for identity verification and procedures relating to information we process. We cannot remotely access game progress stored only on your device. You may also use Google's privacy request channels for information they separately process.

7. Children and teenagers

The app is a general-audience puzzle game and is not designed as a children-only service. We do not plan to list it in the App Store Kids category. Its store age rating will follow the questionnaire about its actual content and features; that rating does not establish the age of consent for data processing or a user’s actual age.

Parents or guardians may contact aaronsatae.park@gmail.com about children’s or teenagers’ privacy. We will review the enquiry and explain appropriate steps for information we process.

8. Safeguards and changes

The app does not collect a separate account password. Access to the support account is restricted to the operator, and account credentials are protected. Expired enquiry emails and attachments are deleted, including copies remaining in the trash and sent-mail folders.

We will update this policy and its effective date when processing changes. Where needed, we will provide an in-app notice or an appropriate consent process. Please direct privacy enquiries to the contact above.
